OVERHAUL & MACHINE SHOP

Encore shop provides a wide variety of services. Depending on your scope of work, we offer services ranging from simple PM’s to complete zero-hour overhauls on engines and compressors. Our in-house I&E group is experienced in troubleshooting and resolving control panel issues. Our teams are experienced in installing complete lube systems on compressors. We perform complete revamps and package new electric or gas drive packages. We have in-house welders for any fabrication needs. We utilize a nitrogen test loop that offers our customers a fully loaded (field scenario) test run. We also have our own in-house machine shop that can mic and clean cylinders, deck and sleeve blocks, straighten and polish crankshafts, build and pressure test heads.
