Leadership-Experience-Safety and Adaptability define Encore’s field service team.  Our areas of expertise include:  Major Maintenance- Specializing in CAT 3500/3600 Engine Swings, Engine Top End replacement, Ariel and Gemini Compressor Frame Overhauls and annual PMs;  Preventive Maintenance- Scheduled Service programs, Laser shaft Alignments and Laser flatness, Emission controls troubleshooting and Catalyst Maintenance, Tune Engines to Fuel Analysis;  Troubleshooting - Panel, Electrical and Mechanical diagnostics with use of latest Computer Software, and;  Operations Support- Maintain customer owned compression equipment and production equipment for optimal performance of stations
